The Kingdom of Lesotho has been placed into Risk Management Colour Code Red (high community transmission) stage.
The Risk Mitigation in this Red stage has been adjusted for the country to be able to cope and reduce the existing rate of infection and deaths.
The new lockdown comes into effect on 12:00am, Thursday January 14, 2021 and ends on January 27, 2021
Please note that there is a nationwide curfew from 7pm to 6pm.
Directions pertaining to activities during COVID-19 were issued by the Honourable Minister of Health on 13 January 2021 to ensure the safety of citizens during the novel corona virus pandemic in the Kingdom of Lesotho.
